On a bright summer morning
I was sitting there mourning
When a cute little creature decided to show up
He saw that I was sad
And he knew that was bad
So he brought a present out of the air
And it immediately ended my despair
I opened the souvenir
And out popped a pheasant and as it came near
And it was as adorable as could be
And it had a gift for me
I opened the reward
And out came my award
Another fuzzy animal
It was a lion from a carnival
My fear was carnal
So I ran away
And decided to come back another way
From the back not the front
Like a cougar on the hunt
I crept
And slow stepped
My way around my house
What I was afraid of was a mouse
An overgrown cat as big as a house
And a freaky bird who had a taste for blood
Looked like it had been drowned in a flood
And I knew everything would get worse
But from which the features came I did know the source
And that nothing would end my remorse
I slowly entered my stolen home
And at the mouth the rodent began to foam
He attacked me
And his tail whacked me
There is blood in my eyes and I couldn’t see
I quickly dispatched with the annoyance
And then came a flying contraption with much flamboyance
It swerved and it flapped
On my head it tap tapped
Then it just flew away
Probably going to come back another day
I left with velocity
And left my home to avoid the monstrosities
I decided to move
And not face the feline

Hah, that's awesome.
It's sort of Seuss-ish, of course half of the Dr. Seuss experience was the silly drawings to go along with it.
