Why can't I sleep
From a run my mind begins to creep
from the tallest mountain I wish to leap
from my eyes tears begin to seep
sleep deprivation making me weep
or perhaps its sorrow
knowing that theres no better tommarow
not knowing what harm will befall you but knowing it will
or maybe its watching my life go by from the windowsill
wanting to live it but not having the will
knowing that will is everything and want means nill
or maybe its the gap that i need to fill
or maybe its knowing everything is hopeless and not being able to -swollow the pill
why is it that I weep
